DANIJELA HODGES 

Head Coach/ Affiliate Owner

Danijela has over 15 years experience in the fitness industry, as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, CrossFit Coach and gym owner. She's also a competing masters Athlete with many trophies on her shelf.  

2017 & 2018 we also watched her competed in Australian Ninja Warrior.

Coach

Richard is a humble and dedicated coach that loves the community side of Crossfit. He believes in goal setting and enjoys seeing athlete’s progresses. Richard comes from a weightlifting background and likes anything that involves a heavy bar.

STANKS PERIC

Coach

Mitchell has been involved in sports since he could walk. Representing his state and country in multiple sports and enjoyed the benefits of elite level skills, strength and conditioning training.

Recently discovering the benefits of cognitive fitness Mitchell has put his efforts into studying psychology whilst also continuously learning the ins and outs of CrossFit.
