Coach
Stanko (aka Stanks) has been an active Crossfit athlete since 2014. Spending years training at gyms and weightlifting where he developed a strong understanding of the fundamentals of compound movements as well as the importance of fuelling your body for optimal health and performance.

Coach
Nathan has been involved in CrossFit since 2016. Normally quiet, get him in a CrossFit setting and he becomes one of the loudest. Nathan has developed a passion for weightlifting, metcons & community and uses his career in Social Work and cognitive brain studies to compliment his training. He is also a stickler for a good tune in the box.
